Features

Excellent machinability, tensile strength and general castings, no defects such as bubbles, sand inclusions, etc. common in turn-over parts. (FC300, FC200, FC400)

(1) After the original composition is adjusted by low-frequency electric fusion, the casting is continued, so there are no common defects such as shrinkage, air bubbles, sand inclusions and other common sand foundry parts.
(2) The hardness of any section is uniform, and the resistance and toughness are better than ordinary castings.
(3) The tissues from the surface to the center are very dense, so it has excellent wear resistance and oil pressure resistance.
(4) Since most of the structure is eutectic graphite and ferrous iron, it has excellent machinability.
(5) It can be used for salt bath nitrocarburizing, and oil and water quenching.

Uses

(1) Wear-resistant and pressure-resistant parts of oil and air compressors.
(2) Machines such as textiles, printing, agriculture, and construction.
(3) Steel for die-casting molds, glass molds, pen point molds, plastic molds, etc.
(4) Gears, shafts, bearings, oil seals, shock absorbers, etc.
