High carbon chromium bearing steel

Features

SUJ2 high carbon chromium bearing steel, can be fully hardened, the hardness can reach HRC58-61, it has the wear resistance of the bearing, and also strengthens the rigidity, good processability, and can be directly processed into shape. The use mode is higher than SKD- 61 (HRC52) full hardware 2-3 times. The size changes little during quenching and tempering, and the fatigue resistance is quite good.

This steel contains C (high carbon) and Cr (chromium) alloys, so it has the characteristics of strong toughness, high wear resistance and impact resistance. (SAE 52100)

Uses

Suitable for manufacturing bearings, shafts, molds, guide posts, guide sleeves, rollers, dies and various mechanical parts.
