KDA1

Features

1. KDA1 is a patented steel developed for the purpose of improving the high-temperature strength and toughness of general-purpose hot tool steel SKD61.

2. The heat treatment characteristics are the same as that of SKD61, and the characteristics of secondary hardening are more resistant to high temperature softening, high temperature fatigue resistance, and heat cracking resistance. (JIS SKD61)

Uses

1. Suitable for manufacturing aluminum, zinc, magnesium alloy die-casting molds, aluminum and copper hot extrusion molds, barrels, pressure rods, bushings, mandrels and other hot molds.

SKD61

Features

Features

Features
